Bunny Update Cooking the rabbit was fun. The meat was extremely lean - almost no fat on it at all. I had to chop it up into pieces, and then I cooked it up. The recipe turned out well - it was pretty tasty - BUT - because of the leanness of the meat, the rabbit was a bit dry. Which I guess is why you generally see it cooked in a stew or sauce. Anyway, I'm going to try it again sometime.  ¶ 9:56 AM
