Linux Australia Position Paper on the Aust-US Free Trade Agreement A little while ago I posted about Lawrence Lessig's new book "Free Culture". In the post I mentioned the Free Trade Agreement with the US and how Australia is expected to align its copyright and patent laws with the US. The Senate FTA Committee will be taking submissions on the effect of the FTA which they will use when they consider the legislation that will need to be passed in the senate to enact some parts of the FTA.
